Love this. We’re also getting married in the ber months and it does truly help that we’ve only spent low cost amount of money for our deposits that even if it doesn’t push through – yes, we’ll definitely feel the cost- but it won’t affect our mental health and relationship. 😉
Wow, this post really hits the nail on the head! I totally relate to the stress and uncertainty that COVID-19 brought to our lives, especially when it came to big events like weddings. It’s so refreshing to see someone embrace the postponement instead of letting it weigh them down. The point about prioritizing the mental and emotional well-being is super important, nx I think many of us need that reminder now and then.
That makes me wonder, if you had to postpone your wedding for any reason, how would you prefer to celebrate the moment instead? Like, would you throw a mini party with close friends later on, or find some unique way to mark the occasion? Thinking about this brings up some interesting ideas about how we can make the best out of challenging situations and turn them into something meaningful.
Good advice

Yeah I can only imagine how rough some other couples might be having it atm if they’ve put down sizeable deposits
Wedding is just a event. The most important thing is the bond between the couple. Others things are secondary as per my perspective.
