One reply to “You’ll probably hate hearing this but your 20s is not the time to YOLO

  1. Wah, this post really hit home! Loving how it emphasizes that our 20s ain’t all about just YOLOing and living for the thrill. The point about building a solid foundation for our future is super important, especially in our fast-paced society where everyone seems to be living it up on social media. Real talk, we need to be smart with our money and invest in our growth before splurging on that fancy brunch.

Here’s a thought: if we do focus on growth and stability now, do you reckon it’ll actually make those “lavish” experiences more fulfilling when we finally indulge later on? Like, if we take the time to grow our career or skills, won’t those high-end moments hit differently? I’m curious what everyone thinks about balancing immediate happiness with long-term goals.
