There’s nothing passive about PASSIVE INCOME

There's nothing passive about passive income. Too many salarymen are obsessed with earning "passive income" these days. This is what they imagine passive income to look like: Shake leg, collect $500. But here's the thing: COLLECTING passive income may be easy. But CREATING it definitely isn't. PASSIVE METHOD 1: STOCKS. You'll need a sizeable capital before you can "live off" your dividends as "passive income". How much capital? $500,000 at least. To get that much, you probably need a lot of hard work, sacrifice, discipline if you're starting from zero. PASSIVE METHOD 2: ONLINE BUSINESS It'll take a ton of work, time and energy to differentiate yourself from the competition. Not to mention offering high quality products/services so your customers keep returning. PASSIVE METHOD 3: RENTING OUT PROPERTY. If you thought investing in the stock market was capital-heavy, wait till you try property investing. There's also a lot of work/money involved in being a landlord. You have to maintain the place and deal with your tenants. (Or pay an agent to do that for you) No matter what income stream you choose, some kind of work will always be involved. Whether it be dropshipping, building an e-book "empire", or blogging etc. That's why you should be wary of anyone who says otherwise. Even if their tactics and strategies ARE legit, what they don't mention up front is the HARD WORK behind creating success. Because "HARD WORK" turns away potential "students". At the end of the day, passive income only comes to those who have worked for it. It's like the saying "Everybody wants to go to heaven, nobody wants to die." Everyone wants to earn passive income but few are willing to create it. If you are determined to create passive income and accept that hard work is involved, then congrats, you're already ahead in terms of mindset. First, you'll need a way to earn more money. Aim for a promotion, learn new skills or start a business. Next, save your money and spend it wisely. Ignore the naysayers. You have your own goals. THEN with your capital and/or skills, set-up your means of passive income properly.
