  1. This is so true. My work revolves around the pc and I find sometimes find myself gravitating towards the PC even on my day offs. It’s so sad that I have to force myself to take a break but I do it nonetheless.

  2. Wah, I really enjoyed reading your post! You hit the nail on the head about how guilty we feel when we take a breather. It’s like our minds always hustle, thinking we gotta be productive 24/7. The part where you mentioned that rest isn’t a reward but a necessity really struck a chord with me. It’s so true that if we don’t recharge, we end up burning out faster than a can of kopi on a hot day.

But that got me thinking… have you ever noticed how we sometimes push ourselves to just keep grinding, even when our bodies are like telling us to chill? So here’s a thought: What do you reckon is the most common reason we push past our limits instead of just taking time off? I feel like it’s a mix of societal pressure and our own expectations. Would love to hear your perspective on this!
