Many many thanks TWS!
Hey, I just finished reading this article and wow, it really hits home! I appreciate how you brought up the subtle ways we might be making our colleagues feel unwanted or unappreciated without even realizing it. The part about how we often overlook the power of our words really resonated with me. It’s so easy to get caught up in our own work and forget that everyone around us is fighting their own battles too.
So my question is, how can we make our workplace a more inclusive and supportive space, especially when we’re all juggling so much? I mean, with everyone feeling the pressure to perform and hustle, it’s more important than ever to check in on each other. It’d be interesting to hear what strategies you guys think could work in creating that culture of support.
I asked this because building a community in the workplace can really change the dynamics for the better. When we feel supported, we’re more productive and engaged! Would love to hear everyone’s thoughts!
